Ragonese Psychological Services (RPS), LLC is an independent group of psychologists and mental health specialists. Dr. Ragonese and her staff are committed to providing our clients with the most comprehensive and effective services. Everyone at RPS has extensive training in a variety of areas including but not limited to, Specific Learning Disabilities (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc.), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Trauma, and Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities. RPS specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, emotional-behavioral dysregulation, executive functioning skills, learning disabilities, and other mental health disorders. My therapy sessions and comprehensive psychological assessments are designed to identify individual's strengths in addition to weaknesses, in order to provide patients with effective tools to help them reach their full potential in all aspects of life.

ASSESSMENT SERVICES

At Ragonese Psychological Services, LLC, Dr. Ragonese and her staff of trained professionals will work with you at your initial appointment to discuss the unique needs in order to determine a comprehensive battery of assessments that will address the referral question and provide the most useful information to drive treatment planning and interventions. Psychological assessment can be utilized effectively to assess for a variety of clinical concerns. We strive to complete comprehensive psychoeducational and psychological evaluations in order to gain information about an individual's strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan for the future. Our staff members have advanced training in the area of assessment and have worked across a variety of settings including hospitals, mental health community agencies, schools, and independent counseling offices.

EDUCATIONAL ADVOCACY AND CONSULTATION

Dr. Ragonese has had the experience of working as a school psychologist in the public school system across the country. She is aware of the challenges that parents sometimes face when working with schools and navigating the system, particularly when it comes to special education. Dr. Ragonese is available to serve as your liaison between you and school staff. With her years of expertise and school-based systems knowledge, she is available to review psychological assessment reports and educational records from your child’s school, attend meetings with parents, consult with school staff to help guide you through the process of advocating for your child and ensuring that he/she receives the services and supports that he/she needs.
